Since 1946, Lake Morena Views Mutual Water Company has provided drinking water service to residents in the Upper District of the Lake Morena Village. Today, we continue that mission by investing in the infrastructure, planning, and partnerships needed to provide safe, reliable, and sustainable water service for future generations.  

 

As a shareholder-owned mutual water company, we are committed to providing information about our water system, Board activities, water quality efforts, capital improvement projects, and long-term plans for the community. 

 

We are currently working on several major improvements, including collaborating with Lake Morena’s Oak Shores and Lake Morena County Park to consolidate the infrastructure, finances, and management of the systems into one mutual water company. The project will include improved water storage, treatment system upgrades, distribution system improvements, and strengthened operations and management for long-term reliability.
